2. Personalized Swing Analysis

The Diamond Toolbox may provide personalized swing-analysis services based on videos and other information voluntarily submitted by customers.

Any swing analysis, feedback, observations, recommendations, drill suggestions, or development priorities reflect coaching opinions based on the submitted video and the information reasonably available at the time of the analysis.

A video may not show every aspect of a player's mechanics, physical condition, athletic ability, injury history, training history, fatigue, pain, mobility, strength, or practice environment.

Personalized swing analysis is not a comprehensive physical, medical, biomechanical, or athletic evaluation. It is not intended to diagnose an injury or medical condition, determine whether a player is physically capable of performing a particular movement, or guarantee that a recommended adjustment is appropriate for every player.

Players, parents, guardians, and coaches are responsible for using independent judgment and determining whether any recommendation, drill, adjustment, or activity is appropriate for the individual player.

If a player experiences pain, has an injury or medical condition, or has other physical concerns, the player and/or parent or guardian should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before continuing or modifying physical activity.

If a player has an injury, medical condition, pain, physical limitation, or other health concern, the player and/or their parent or guardian should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before participating in physical activity.

Users should not rely on The Diamond Toolbox resources or swing-analysis services to diagnose, treat, prevent, or manage an injury or medical condition.

4. Physical Activity and Risk of Injury

Softball, baseball, athletic training, stretching, throwing, pitching, hitting, catching, running, and other physical activities involve inherent risks.

Users are responsible for determining whether an activity or recommended adjustment is appropriate for the individuals participating.

5. Use Appropriate Judgment

Every player, team, practice environment, and situation is different.

Extra care should be used when working with children and youth athletes.

Coaches, parents, guardians, and organizations are responsible for determining whether an activity or recommendation is appropriate for a player's age, maturity, physical development, skill level, and individual circumstances.

8. Stop if Pain or Injury Occurs

Participants should not continue an activity that causes significant pain, injury, or other concerning symptoms.

Coaches, players, parents, and guardians should use reasonable judgment and seek appropriate professional evaluation when necessary.

The Diamond Toolbox is not responsible for determining whether a specific participant is physically capable of safely performing a particular activity.
