This Digital Product & Download Policy explains the terms that apply to digital resources, downloadable materials, templates, guides, worksheets, and other digital content provided through The Diamond Toolbox.
This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. Digital Products and Resources
The Diamond Toolbox provides digital coaching and educational resources that may include:
Practice plans
Hitting drills and resources
Pitching strategies and drills
Catching resources
Player evaluation tools
Scouting reports
Warm-up and preparation guides
Pre-game and game-day checklists
Printable lineup cards
Worksheets and templates
Coaching guides
Other downloadable or digital coaching materials
Resources may be provided as PDF files, printable documents, downloadable files, online content, or other digital formats.
Access to certain resources may require an active paid membership or another authorized purchase or access method.
2. Personalized Swing Analysis Services
The Diamond Toolbox may also offer personalized swing-analysis services, including One-Time Swing Analysis and Monthly Swing Analysis.
Swing-analysis services are personalized digital coaching services and are not considered ordinary downloadable products for all purposes under this policy.
Swing-analysis services may involve the submission of a video, review of the submitted video, personalized feedback, recommended drills, development priorities, and other coaching observations.
The specific terms governing swing-analysis services, including submission requirements, turnaround expectations, recurring billing, minimum commitments, cancellation, refunds, privacy, and the handling of submitted videos, are governed primarily by our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Any written analysis, recommendations, reports, or other digital feedback provided as part of a swing-analysis service remain subject to the applicable intellectual-property, personal-use, and sharing restrictions described in this policy and our Terms of Service.
3. Access to Digital Resources
When you purchase a membership or otherwise receive authorized access to a digital resource, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use that resource for legitimate coaching and educational purposes.
Your access to members-only resources may depend on maintaining an active membership.
The Diamond Toolbox may add, update, replace, reorganize, or remove resources from the library over time.
We do not guarantee that a specific resource will remain available indefinitely unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Personal and Team Coaching Use
You may use purchased or accessed resources for your own legitimate coaching, educational, and team-related purposes.
For example, you may generally:
Download resources for your personal use;
Print resources for use during practices or games;
Use drills and practice plans with teams you coach;
Make reasonable working copies for your own coaching activities;
Use printable forms and templates in connection with your own team.
Your membership and access are intended for your own use as an individual coach or user.
5. Prohibited Use and Sharing
Unless The Diamond Toolbox provides written permission, you may not:
Share your login credentials with another person;
Share paid digital files, personalized analysis, reports, or other protected content with individuals who do not have authorized access;
Upload resources or protected content to another website, cloud-storage service, social-media group, forum, or file-sharing platform;
Email, text, or otherwise distribute paid resources to non-members or unauthorized users;
Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially distribute resources or personalized analysis;
Repackage or bundle our resources for sale;
Remove watermarks, copyright notices, logos, branding, or other ownership information;
Claim our original resources or analysis materials as your own work;
Modify our resources for resale or redistribution;
Use our resources to create or operate a competing commercial resource library, coaching product, or subscription service.
Unauthorized sharing or distribution may result in suspension or termination of your membership or service access.
6. Download and Service Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep authorized digital resources and applicable online services available.
However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to every file, resource, account feature, submission form, or service at all times.
Downloads, website access, file submissions, or service delivery may occasionally be affected by:
Website maintenance;
Software updates;
Technical errors;
Internet or network interruptions;
Third-party service interruptions;
Browser or device compatibility issues;
File-upload limitations;
Changes to file formats or website functionality.
If you experience a problem accessing a digital resource, submitting a video, or using a purchased service, please contact us at diamondtoolboxcoaching@gmail.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist with access or technical issues involving authorized resources and services.
7. Device and Software Compatibility
You are responsible for ensuring that you have an appropriate device, internet connection, software, and, where necessary, printer capable of accessing or using digital resources and services.
Many resources are provided in commonly used formats such as PDF. Video submissions may also be subject to file-type, file-size, length, or other technical requirements displayed during the submission process.
The Diamond Toolbox cannot guarantee compatibility with every device, operating system, browser, application, camera format, printer, or future software version.
Whenever reasonably possible, we will attempt to identify the format or technical requirements applicable to downloadable resources or submitted content.
8. Printing Resources
Many Diamond Toolbox resources are designed to be printed and used during coaching activities.
You may print resources for your own legitimate coaching use.
However, printing permission does not authorize you to:
Sell printed copies;
Distribute printed copies commercially;
Repackage printed resources as your own product;
Remove branding, watermarks, or ownership information;
Provide copies of paid resources to other coaches or organizations as a substitute for their own authorized access.
9. Updates and Revisions
The Diamond Toolbox may occasionally update or improve an existing resource.
Updates may include:
Correcting errors;
Improving organization or formatting;
Adding drills or content;
Updating recommendations;
Improving printable versions;
Replacing older versions.
An updated resource may replace a previous version.
We are not obligated to provide every future update to a previously accessed resource unless access to that update is included as part of an active membership or specifically stated otherwise.
Swing-analysis recommendations may also change over time as additional videos are reviewed or new information is provided. A new or updated analysis does not necessarily replace or create a permanent entitlement to all future analysis services unless included in the applicable purchased plan.
10. No Guarantee of Permanent Access
Membership access provides access to the applicable resources available through your membership while your membership remains active.
Canceling or allowing your membership to expire may result in loss of access to members-only areas and resources.
You may retain and use files that you legitimately downloaded while you had authorized access, subject to the license and restrictions in this policy and our Terms of Service.
However, you may not continue accessing members-only resources after your membership ends unless you renew or purchase another authorized form of access.
The availability of personalized swing-analysis reports, feedback, or other service-related materials may depend on the applicable service, account status, technical systems, and retention practices described in our Privacy Policy. We do not guarantee permanent online storage or access to every submitted video or completed analysis unless expressly stated otherwise.
11. No Transfer of Ownership
Purchasing a membership, digital product, swing-analysis service, or accessing a digital resource does not transfer ownership of the resource or any associated intellectual-property rights to you.
All ownership rights in The Diamond Toolbox's original resources, templates, reports, written analysis, branding, and other protected materials remain with The Diamond Toolbox and/or applicable content owners.
You are receiving permission to use applicable materials in accordance with this policy and our Terms of Service—not ownership of the underlying content.
Customers retain ownership of videos and other content they submit, subject to the limited permission granted to The Diamond Toolbox to receive, store, review, and process that content for the purpose of providing the requested services, as described in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
12. Digital Product and Service Refunds
Because digital resources may be accessed, downloaded, copied, and retained immediately, purchases and membership fees are generally non-refundable after access has been provided, except:
When a duplicate charge occurs;
When a billing or technical error occurs;
When a refund is otherwise required by applicable law; or
When The Diamond Toolbox determines that a refund or other remedy is appropriate in a particular situation.
Refund and cancellation rules for One-Time Swing Analysis and Monthly Swing Analysis are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, including the terms relating to the initial 3-month commitment for the Monthly Swing Analysis plan.

13. Unauthorized Access or Distribution
If we reasonably believe that an account is being used to:
Share paid resources;
Share personalized analysis or protected service materials without authorization;
Circumvent membership or service restrictions;
Provide unauthorized access to others;
Copy or redistribute a substantial portion of the resource library; or
Otherwise violate this policy or our Terms of Service,
we may suspend or terminate access.
Depending on the circumstances, we may also take other steps reasonably necessary to protect our intellectual property and business.
14. Changes to This Policy
The Diamond Toolbox may update this Digital Product & Download Policy from time to time.
Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of The Diamond Toolbox after an updated policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
