1. About The Diamond Toolbox

The Diamond Toolbox provides softball and baseball coaching resources designed to help coaches plan practices, develop players, prepare for games, and make informed coaching decisions.

Our resources may include:

  • Practice plans

  • Hitting drills

  • Pitching strategies and drills

  • Catching resources

  • Player evaluation tools

  • Scouting reports

  • Game-day resources

  • Warm-up and preparation materials

  • Printable coaching forms

  • Lineup cards and other coaching templates

  • Other educational coaching resources

The resources are intended for coaches, athletes, parents, and other individuals interested in softball and baseball development.

2. Memberships and Access

Certain portions of The Diamond Toolbox are available only to members who have purchased an applicable membership plan.

Membership plans may include monthly or annual options. The specific price, billing frequency, included features, and other material terms will be displayed at the time of purchase.

Membership access is personal to the individual who purchased the membership.

You may not:

  • Share your account credentials with another person;

  • Allow another person to use your membership;

  • Copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially distribute members-only resources;

  • Upload our resources to another website, social-media group, file-sharing service, or other platform;

  • Use your membership to provide unauthorized access to others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account that we reasonably believe is being used in violation of these Terms.

3. Creating an Account

Some Services require you to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your account information current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity occurring through your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact us promptly.

4. Membership Billing and Automatic Renewal

Paid memberships may automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing period.

By purchasing an automatically renewing membership, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method at the stated recurring interval until you cancel or the membership is otherwise terminated.

The applicable price, renewal frequency, and automatic-renewal terms will be disclosed during the purchase process.

You are responsible for reviewing the membership terms before completing your purchase.

Where required by law, we will obtain your affirmative consent to automatic renewal and provide required renewal notices.

California law requires businesses offering automatic-renewal or continuous-service plans to provide clear renewal terms and an easy method of cancellation.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time using the cancellation method provided by The Diamond Toolbox.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges but generally does not result in a refund for the current billing period unless otherwise required by law or expressly provided in our Refund/Cancellation Policy.

After cancellation, you may generally continue to use membership benefits through the end of the period for which you have already paid.

We will not intentionally make cancellation more difficult than necessary.

6. Digital Products and Downloads

The Diamond Toolbox provides digital materials that may be viewed, downloaded, printed, or otherwise accessed depending on the resource.

Digital resources may include PDF documents, worksheets, templates, forms, guides, and other electronic materials.

Because digital materials can be accessed immediately after purchase or through membership access, digital purchases may be subject to restrictions on refunds as described in our Digital Product/Download Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device and software are capable of opening the applicable digital files.

We do not guarantee that every digital resource will be compatible with every device, application, printer, operating system, or future software version.

7. Personal Use License

When you purchase or receive access to a resource from The Diamond Toolbox, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that resource for your own personal coaching, educational, or team-related purposes.

Unless we expressly authorize otherwise in writing, you may not:

  • Resell our resources;

  • Repackage our resources;

  • Modify our resources for resale;

  • Upload our resources to another website;

  • Distribute our resources publicly;

  • Share paid resources outside your authorized membership;

  • Use our resources to create a competing commercial resource library;

  • Claim our original materials as your own;

  • Remove copyright, trademark, branding, or watermark information.

You may print materials for your own legitimate coaching use unless the individual resource states otherwise.

8. Intellectual Property

The Diamond Toolbox and its original content, including text, graphics, logos, designs, documents, templates, photographs, videos, branding, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to The Diamond Toolbox and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

The The Diamond Toolbox name, logo, branding, and related designs may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used in connection with another business without our written permission.

Purchasing a membership or digital resource does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

9. Coaching and Educational Disclaimer

The Diamond Toolbox provides general educational and coaching information.

Our resources are intended to provide ideas, frameworks, drills, practice structures, and coaching considerations. They are not intended to replace the judgment of a qualified coach or other appropriate professional.

Coaches and other users are responsible for determining whether a particular drill, exercise, strategy, or recommendation is appropriate for their players, facilities, equipment, age group, skill level, and circumstances.

Where a resource involves physical activity, conditioning, stretching, throwing, pitching, hitting, catching, or other athletic activity, users should use appropriate judgment and supervision.

The Diamond Toolbox does not provide medical, physical-therapy, athletic-training, or individualized strength-and-conditioning services.

When appropriate, users should consult a qualified medical, athletic-training, strength-and-conditioning, or other appropriately licensed professional.

10. Safety and Player Supervision

Coaches and other adults using our resources are responsible for providing appropriate supervision and maintaining a safe practice environment.

Before using a drill or activity, users should consider:

  • Player age and developmental level;

  • Player skill and experience;

  • Current physical condition;

  • Available space;

  • Equipment condition;

  • Environmental conditions;

  • Appropriate protective equipment;

  • Number of participants;

  • Potential risks associated with the activity.

No coaching resource can eliminate the possibility of injury.

Users assume responsibility for determining whether an activity is appropriate for their circumstances.

11. No Guarantee of Results

The Diamond Toolbox does not guarantee specific athletic, coaching, recruiting, performance, team, or competitive results from using our resources.

Results depend on numerous factors, including player ability, coaching experience, practice time, physical development, competition, facilities, personnel, and other circumstances outside our control.

12. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information.

However, coaching methods, rules, training practices, equipment standards, and other information may change over time.

We do not guarantee that every resource will always reflect the most current rule, recommendation, or coaching methodology.

Coaches are responsible for confirming applicable league, school, association, tournament, and governing-body rules before using information in an actual competition.

13. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services for functions such as:

  • Website hosting;

  • Payment processing;

  • Membership management;

  • Email communication;

  • Analytics;

  • File storage;

  • Authentication.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to those providers' own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for the independent policies or practices of third-party providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from your use of the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to The Diamond Toolbox for the applicable Services during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Diamond Toolbox, its owners, operators, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your:
